Selection of Roman bath flasks or aryballos. From top left to bottom right: natural blue bath-flask of moderate quality glass. The flask is complete with rim, neck, body, base and handles. The Rim is in-folded and wide, slightly overhaning 'mushroom' profile. The body is slightly flattened at the base and each of the two handles is a single trail laid down low on the shoulder; drawn out straight to touch the neck; Natural green-blue flask of moderate quality glass. Complete with rim, neck, body and handles. This flask has a wide, flat rim and a pair of lug, 'dolphin-shaped' handles, each made from a single trail laid on shoulder, it is folded inwards, up and back on itself by way of neck and underside of rim; Monochrome blue miniature flask of good quality glass. This flask is complete with rim, neck, body and handles, although a large section is missing from one side of the body. This the vessel might have been ornamental and not functional.
