An ivory fan formerly owned by Elizabeth Abbott, who lived at Torrington in Devonshire.
The ivory blades are very finely pierced and carved with Chinese figures at work. There is a monogram EA at centre, with cream ribbon slotted through the tops of the blades, above which each blade has single Chinese figure.
