Full frontal statuette of Hercules. This statuette is made of copper alloy and depicts a naked figure of Hercules. Draped across his left arm is one of his attributes - the lion skin and the other one on his right - the club. The details of the statuette are very well preserved. Hercules, the son of Jupiter and the mortal Alcmene, was made to perform twelve great tasks, called 'The Twelve Labours of Hercules', one of them being to slay the Nemean Lion and bring back its fur.
