Sheet 7 of 16, from the Map entitled 'London etc Actually survey'd' with 'A Prospect of London & Westminster taken at several Stations to the Southward Thereof', published by William Morgan in 1681-2
Sheet 7 forms part of the upper middle row, (middle right) of the original map, and shows Poultry to Ratcliff Highway, and the Tower of London to Shoreditch. It also Includes a dedication 'to ye right Honorable the Lord Mayor and Aldermen, who bountifully encouraged this Survey and recommended ye first map of London to the severall Companies for the use and beautie of their Halls'.
This section of the map also lists names of Mayor and Aldermen at the time, and the names of the 26 wards marked on the map.
