Criminal broadsheet titled 'The Trial and Execution of Thomas Attrell Aged 20 Who Suffered this Morning at Newgate'. Broadsheet with illustrations of the gallows and the crowd watching the excecution, a criminal in prison and the head and shoulders of an unidentified man. The broadsheet has patterned borders on both sides. It reports that Thomas Attrell was capitally indicted, and then found guilty of, extorting money from Mr Pearsall of the India House. The broadsheet ends with a letter from Attrell to 'My Dear Louisa' in which Attrell laments about his situation, says he is glad to now have found comfort in God and pleads with her to put her faith in God.
