Police hold back protesting crowd in Trafalgar Square where on 22nd July 1962 Oswald Mosley attempted to hold a rally in favour of the National Party of Europe. Claiming the right to free speech the police allowed the event to go ahead, but were faced with great opposition from an anti-facist crowd resulting in numerous clashes and arrests.
