Model of a single decker Green line coach with open rear entrance. The toy bears the Tri-Ang trademark of Lines Brothers Limited. Green line coaches were operated by London bus companies. They travelled longer distances than red buses and took Londoners for day trips to the country and seaside, servicing routes up to 30 miles from the capital. Popular destinations included Epping Forest and Southend-on-Sea.
