'Plans and Elevations of Patterns of Swivel Bridge intended for the New Dock as executed by Mr Mackintosh.' The London Docks were designed by pioneering engineer John Rennie between 1801 and 1821. Rennie (1761 - 1821) also designed many notable bridges including Southwark Bridge and London Bridge.
This plan was stamped by the Port of London Authority Drawing Office in 1925.
