Belsize Park Mews in the 1960s.
After the area was heavily bombed in the Second World War, this area near Hampstead was rebuilt. Belsize Park Mews was built in 1961 and was named after the original 17th century manor house and its estate which once stood here. Cars can be seen parked in the street along with two babies prams demonstrating the safety of the street.
