Stoneware blacking bottle with brown glaze. It has a cylindrical body, and it the base only. 'WARRENS LIQUID BLACKING 14 ST MARTINS LANE CHARING CROSS' is written on the surface.
Apparently similar to vessels that Charles Dickens used to paste labels on to when a 12-year old apprentice.
