Roman aryballos or bath flask of natural blue colour. The galss is thick but of moderate quality with numerous bubbles, some of them very large in body and the rim is bubbly and pitted. It was found complete with rim, neck, body, base and handles. The flaks' body is slightly flattened at the base. Each of the two handles is a single trail laid down low on the shoulder, drawn out straight to touch neck and then looped back onto shoulder and flicked up and back.
