Copper printing plates used to produce theatrical portrait sheets. The top sheet is engraved with two portraits entitled Miss Barnett as Columbine and Mr Ellar as Harlequin. The lower sheet presents two theatrical portraits of the actors Senr Paulo as Clown and Mr Blanchard as Pantaloon. Prints from these sheets would have been made at 17 Artillery Street, Bishopsgate, London and sold as theatrical souvenirs.
