Two anti-women's suffrage postcards.
On the left is a colour picture postcard with the text, 'This Is The House That Man Built’, beneath which is a poem. Depicted in the background is the Houses of Parliament. The postcard was produced as propaganda for the anti-women's suffrage campaign.
The postcard on the right was also produced as propaganda for the anti-women's suffrage campaign. The woman depicted on the card conforms to the public stereotype of suffragettes as hysterical and unfeminine.
