Four flintlock pistols. These pistols are believed to have been used by the Hawkhurst gang of smugglers. From top to bottom: A flintlock horse pistol; a flintlock pistol supposedly dropped by smuggler Barnett Woolett when killed in a smuggler's attack on Goodhurst in 1747; a flintlock pistol supposedly carried by Barnett Woollett of the Hawkhurst gang of smugglers, and a flintlock horse pistol with 'Tower' mark.
