Henry Grant photographed this woman's terraced home to document its dilapidated state more than a decade after the end of the Second World War. The building in Cynthia Street had rotting floors, damp ceilings and crumbling walls. Bombs had struck the street during the air raids of the Blitz, leaving the buildings seriously damaged.
