Warwick Estate. The London County Council architects' department designed the Warwick estate in Westbourne Park in 1963. The estate comprised five 21-storey towers, the first built by the council to exceed 20 storeys. The estate was extended further in the 1970s. The photo contributed to an exhibition, Tower Blocks: Love Them or Loath Them, held at the Museum of London in 1999.
