Portrait of Lewis, First Viscount Harcourt. This head and shoulders portrait was painted from a photograph by Solomon J. Solomon. With Reginald, 2nd Viscount Esher, he played a major part in founding the London Museum, which opened to the public in the State Apartments of Kensington Palace in 1912. He served as a Trustee until his death in 1922.
