Model of butcher's shop. Marked 'F Watkins butcher, Clare Market', the model comprises a display of carcasses and various cuts of meat sold by a butcher. The model is within a glass fronted wooden frame and was presumably based on a real butcher's shop at Clare Market. It was probably used by the butcher as a window display when it was not possible to place meat in the shop window such as on hot days and on days of closure.
