Roman bronze steelyard with two hooks for suspension and a leadweight at end of a bronze wire chain. This copper alloy steelyard, consists of a beam with upperside marked in 1-4 pounds with dots between each pound. Its lower side is marked V, X, V, XX, V pounds with 5 ozs between each pound.
